MINI-VILLA BUNGALOWS
RATE: Prices include rental for 7 nights, electricity, water and gas. The tourist tax must be paid in person (€ 0.63 per night and per person - no tourist tax for children under 12.)
CONDITIONS FOR YOUR STAY : Time of arrival: you can pick up the keys to your residence starting on Saturdays at 5PM. If you plan to arrive or depart on a day other than a Saturday, this is only possible during the off-season and you should make a request to Reception.
Departure: your residence must be vacated by Saturday 10AM. No refund will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
The cleaning fee is € 40 for 2 people or 3/4 people, € 50 for 5/6 people. Pets are not permitted. A baby crib is available for € 23 for the entire stay.
Bed linens are available for € 13 for a double bed, € 9 for a twin. Bathroom linens are available for 5 €/person.
DEPOSIT : This is to be paid upon arrival at the residence. Customers must give the reception desk a deposit of 230 € (for any apartment). If the residence is returned in proper condition, the deposit will be returned on the day of departure. Any damages will be repaired and the amount of the repairs will be deducted from the deposit.
RESERVATION : Reservations may be made by mail. Simply fill out the reservation form and include a deposit of 30% of the total amount, either by check, credit card or bank transfer to the order of Residence U Pirellu. A receipt will be sent to you by mail, along with a rental contract that should be signed and returned.
CANCELLATION : For cancellations, the following amounts will be due in addition to the application fees:
Cancellation at least 2 months prior to date of arrival: 20% of the deposit. Cancellation from 60 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit. Cancellation from 30 to 21 days prior to arrival date: 80% of the deposit. Cancellation from 21 days prior to and up to the arrival date: 100% of the deposit.
SERVICES INCLUDED : Access to the pool, tennis court (half-court), table tennis, bar, lounge with television, park/garden, telephone point, mini-golf and jacuzzi.
SERVICES REQUIRING PAYMENT : bed linens, bathroom linens and cleaning.
LAYOUT OF RENTAL UNITS :
For 6 people: 55 sq. meters, 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has two twin beds, living room with sofa bed that sleeps two, one bathroom, one separate bathroom with toilet only, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and refrigerator with freezer), outdoor barbecue. For 4 people: 45 sq. meters, 1 bedroom (including double bed), living room with sofa bed that sleeps two, one bathroom, one separate bathroom with toilet only, fully equipped kitchen (same equipment as in the 6-person apartment), outdoor barbecue. For 2/3 people: 35 sq. meters, living room including sofa bed that sleeps two and one twin bed, equipped kitchen (same equipment as in the 6-person apartment), outdoor barbecue. All beds with pillows and pillow cases. All apartments include sea view and parking. The Residence is enclosed by an electronic gate system, and only bungalow renters have access to it. Distance to nearby stores: 100 meters to a Mini-Market, bar and pizzeria. Beaches: 3 km. Rental for the disabled sleeps 4 people. The Direction disclaims all responsibility in case of theft. Off-season Bed and Breakfast: April, May, June and September, rental plus breakfast: 85 Euro for 2 people per night, 105 Euro for 3 or 4 people per night. High season: 7-day rental required: July and August. 4 "half court" tennis courts available night or day, 12-hole mini-golf , jacuzzi.
